I didn't know he went mad, I know he was an a-hole and what he did is unforgivable, sure he did not like to see animals killed and what not, but what about the people and the innocent children and babies he killed. They were helpless and indefensive not much different then some animals, but because they were jews, they deserved to die? He can burn in hell, and I'm not jewish, but I do not agree with murder, any kind at all!

When are you positing that he went mad? Somewhere in his teens? He was a rabid antisemite from an early age and spelled out his planned invasion of Eastern Europe years prior to his rise to power. Which of his actions are you attributing to madness and which to just being Hitler? Everything hitler planned to do (invade Easter Europe, persecute jews, dominate the world) is in Mein Kampf which was published in 1925, a full 8 years prior to his rise to power.

Regarding Hitler being 'nice'. I'm sure there were nice qualities about him. William Shirer, the author of Rise and Fall of the Third Reich states that the times that he saw and interacted with Hitler he found him to be incredibly charming. That doesn't mean that Shirer approved of what Hitler did. You must be careful not to confuse 'nice' with 'good'. They are two different things.

So Hitler was bothered by lobsters screaming, and yet he was okay with it from millions of Jews...?

Hitler wasn't vegetarian.
He had some problems with indigestion and the scent of his sweat. So his doctor's advice was to eat more vegetarian food. According to his biographers his favorite food was bavarian sausages, ham, liver and chicken. He also loved stuffed poultry and "Fleischklosschensuppe" (meat-ball soup). These aren't at all vegetarian dishes.
There are a lot of eyewitnesses who can tell that Hilter ate meat.

Moreover, if Hitler couldn't bear animals been eaten, why did he prohibit all vegetarian organisations existing in Germany during that time? It was prohibited for vegetarians to organise themselves after 1933. A leading vegetarian magazine called "Vegetarische Warte" (vegetarian observatory) was forced to stop publishing, another vegetarian magazine ("Vegetarische Presse" - vegetarian press) was tolerated, but censored. And if he was such a convinced vegetarian, why didn't he tell his people to eat vegetarian?

Hitler's "ascetic" behavior (including abstinence of alcohol and other drugs, vegetarian lifeway, continence) was a myth created by Goebbels to show what a great idol the "leader" was. That Hitler was a friend of animals was a myth created to show his humanistic side to his people (also that he was fond of children).
