I like it, it paints a picture :)

but....

sorry, I only see six syllables in the middle line: washed (1) by (2) rain (3) pouring (4,5) down (6)

I know "washed" looks like it should be two syllables, but I don't believe it is.

nice one hon, but I prefer longer verses, I always feel cheated and want more with the little haikus, I gave you a 10 though.
