I’ve been tagged by a bunch of game-sters! It began with Janno O. The mysterious tagging continued. With Tonia “who hugs trees” G., Paula Carpenter, Arlene M., and Kevin J. Munroe who all felt rather cheeky as they tagged me on their flight through cyberspace. . And they LOL’ed me!! How rude!! Well, what goes around comes around … and now, it’s comin’ around to YOU!
The Rules of This Game: Players write 6 weird facts about themselves. Tagged individuals write a blog of their six weird facts after telling the rules of the game and they choose six people (names included), comment on one of their stories, and inform them that they’ve been tagged, too, and asking them to read our blog.
If I had to pick six weird facts about myself (you mean I am ONLY supposed to list SIX facts???), I’d have to say that these would top the list in my case:
1) I usually feel more sleepy during the daytime than at night. So, if my afternoon ramblings sound a little too weird, I’m probably riding a delta wave..
2) While most people get their perks from coffee, I dose up with about six cups of hot tea a day. And I extract every drop of caffeine from those little bags by brewing my tea for a half hour in hot water. I think I’m the only person on the planet whose tea is stronger than most people’s java.
3) After my first day of school in the first grade, I refused to go back to that institution until the truant officer took me back kicking and screaming. But, for someone who rebelled so strongly against learning, I ended up spending the next 20 years of my life following diligently through elementary, secondary, post-secondary, and graduate school. I guess I was afraid if I didn’t keep going, they’d sick that truant officer back on me!
4) Working under pressure is my trademark. I’ve never been good at pacing myself properly. I’m usually either procrastinating or cramming.
5) I love to travel – in my imagination. Reading about exciting and exotic places is one of my favorite pastimes. And I often make plans to go here and there to places far and near. The only problem is, I hate to travel – in reality. And, I often duck out of even the most exciting and exotic travel plans.
6) Most writers thrive on silence and quiet time to do their best work. My idea of the perfect work room is my home office with the television on, country music blasting, my budgies singing in the background, and my dog trying to outdo them in karyoke.
My game of tag ends here with a cheeky little tap to: Linda R.; Brooklynn M., Anila J., Leslie R., June M., and Amanda “Proud To Be A Size 14” C.
BYE, ALL! Off to see colleges with my daughter!!!

I'm not much on traveling. I don't care for hot tea but I couldn't get through a day without several cups of coffee.
You are the fourth person to tag me. In response I've written two lists.
