I'm not sure how well this will work out, as I've never attempted this before, but let's give it a try.
What I have in mind is to take an existing word then add or remove one letter to form another word. For example, let's say that the last word on the list is "men". The next person could remove the en to make "me" or insert an 'a' to make "amen" or "mean". As usual for word games, members introduce the next word as a comment. One word change per post, please.
Let's begin with "star".
