I weighed myself this morning, 150.5. A lower number than last saturday. The thing is I didn't really stick with low-carb foods for the past few days. I suspect it's because right after a period, the body loses some water weight. Oh well, I'll continue my semi-low-carb eating for as long as I can.
Yesterday I had:
Atkins bar
Grilled fish, brussel sprouts, string beans
BBQ chicken with a little bit of rice & kimchi
Ice cream!
Today I had:
Brunch at a diner: Two eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and french toast. Couldn't resist the french toast, there was even sugar-free syrup, it was all chemical tho (sorbitol), so I just drizzled a little bit on. Left most of the hash browns behind.
Apple
Walnuts
Dinner will likely be veggies and tofu
