If you enjoy Hot Pockets, try making your own. Purchase Pillsbury Grands biscuits and roll each biscuit flat. Put your favorite fillings on one side and fold the other side over. Seal tightly around the edges. Use the prongs of a fork to seal them better. Bake following the directions on the side of the can. Let them cool then flash freeze by keeping the "pockets" on the cookie sheet and placing it in the freezer. When frozen, place them in a freezer container or freezer bag until ready to use. Flash freezing them will keep them from sticking together in the freezer.
Some suggested fillings are:
Bits of ham and cheddar
Small cooked meatballs and spaghetti sauce
Cooked chicken pieces, salsa and cheddar
Go to the freezer section of your favorite store and collect more ideas.

You could probably do it with other stuff, but I love the pizza sandwiches. :)
