A few musicians I've met....

Back in 1970 a group of girls & I rented a beach house during spring break in Newport Beach, California.   One night we were having a party when there was a knock at our door.  Hmm....we thought is it the cops again?   The cops had just come to our door the night before and told us to hold down the noise.  

My cousin went to answer the door and that's when we noticed a man (with sunglasses on), a tall younger man and a german sheppard.    The man with the sunglasses said that he and his friend were walking up the street (he lived a couple of blocks from our beach house) and heard us having such a good time that he just wanted to just stop by and say 'hi'.    He then introduced himself as Jose Feliciano.     We invited him and his friend in our house to have a glass of wine.    Jose and his friend stayed till 2 a.m.  just talking about his life, the new night club he had just opened in Newport Beach and laughed about all the crazy things us girls had done during our time in Newport.    I really liked Jose, he was interesting, friendly and a very kind person.
