Gather Non-News: Woman Deletes Unfinished Article

This afternoon, in a startling move on Gather, a woman deleted an unfinished article.

"I'd saved it, hoping to finish it later", she explained, "but when I re-read it I realized that it was going nowhere, so I deleted it." The woman now regrets her hasty decision, she said. "No one else deletes poorly written articles with no substance. I don't know what came over me. Please forgive me", she pleaded. "I'm so ashamed! It'll never happen again."

Are you kidding? I can name a LOT of people who write poorly written articles with no substance.

I was trying to write an article about the difference between Rednecks, Hillbillies, & Country Folk...
But, you know, if I haven't finished it after two weeks, it needs a mercy killing, in my book. So, I took Ol' Yeller out back of the outhouse.

Now you've got ME thinking about what that difference might be.
There's a difference? LOL Aww, you could have published it unfinished!
There's a lot of differences. Rednecks can come from any level of society, anywhere in the world. Hillbillies are poor, self-sufficient, live in remote mountainous areas (usually the Southern US Appalachians), and never have a satellite dish bigger than their home.
