After work,
drive my daughter to dance,
quick grocery run,
chicken and potatoes in oven,
pick up daughter,
forgot the shampoo and conditioner,
back to the grocery store,
dinner, wash floor and do dishes,
off to bed,
the cats have their spot
on the microsuede down comforter
near the heater,
I sink into delicious foreign dreams,
the substance and symbolism of which I cannot remember.
This morning, legs ache,
a quick run or two,
drop my car off at the garage,
clean up my son's room,
pick up my car from the garage,
the down comforter invites,
the cats have found their spot
by the sun,
I sink into the bed,
ah, sweet surrender.
if only.
it's back to work again.

Back from work, on a Gather break when I should be sleeping, then dishes, drive daughter to school, work, errands, more errands, cooking and Gather. Oh, and exercise. That will be my Thursday.
