I wondered where you daily point check in was! Things have been weird for me today on Gather as far as functionality. Today I visited an article stripped of its titles and text, but with comments intact. I've also had lengthy lags after posting comments or making requests for other pages, prior to when the comments actually get posted or the pages actually get loaded, respectively.
No problems today commenting but last night it was pretty slow. Thanks for posting comments for me Faith. I see what you ment a while back that the comments encourage one to write more. I am thinking and planning for my next one.
No fare, I publoshed my first Articel but it did not come out so I tryed it 2 more times... LoL I know where my 3rd article is because I posted a Bahh Comment on it o,O
Ooh... I think I was able to publish something! My Daily Point Check In article looks like it's up and running. Still, the only way I can get to my other 2 articles today is by clicking on the link provided in the email that Gather sends me when someone comments on my content. Ugh.
I had the same issue last night. I posted an article in the afternoon and, although I was getting comments in my inbox, and I could link to the article from my email, it wasn't showing up in recent articles or my articles.
This morning, however, it's on my page.
I'm guessing they were updating the system or something.
I was having the same problem, Eric D> Goodman. I didn't have my notifications set up to where I'd get an email from Gather telling me that I got a new comment, just because it started clogging up my inbox... so I had NO idea that my articles yesterday had even published, because I wasn't seeing them anywhere. So I went to my settings and changed them, and then I started getting emails telling me that people were sending me comments. That was the only way I was ever able to even get to my articles, but clicking on it from the Gather notification email. Ugh, it was driving me batty, but I'm a tad batty anyway, so it was a short trip. Now that I check today, I do see that finally, all of my articles from yesterday are showing up. Thanks for stopping in and letting me know that it wasn't just me.

hi ya,gurL....i am experiencing publishing probs today and have tried to post article for Memorial Day at least 5 times......sigh.....are you having same pub. probs tonight?
