Have any of you ever noticed how I try to bold everyone's names when I'm responding back to comments that you've left me on my articles and photos? If so, and you've wondered how to do the same thing, then you've opened up the right article.
When I bold your name within my comments, to me, it makes it much easier to see that I've replied to you when you come back to my content. You don't have to scroll through all my comments to everyone else if you are looking for something I'm specifically saying to you.
I used to do it the hard way and add codes, like this: <b><b\> to everything I wanted bold. But, I recently found an add-on for Firefox users that makes the process a lot better!
You can go here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1730/ to check it out for yourself.
The program, "Performancing", stays at the bottom of your page at all times, with a little icon that looks like a tiny notepad and pencil. When I'm ready to respond to someone, I click on that little icon and it pulls up a nifty little editing box. From there I can makes words bold or italic, and it automatically pumps out the codes. No more manual entry for this girl! Then all I do is copy and paste into the comment box, hit "post" and my comment comes out looking perfect. Bold in all the right places.
Try it out for yourself. Go ahead - be bold!

Have fun!
Nana to seven: I just go back to my content and check the comments I've made to see if the writer of the article answered my questions or remarks.
I'd never find where I commented otherwise.
OK I downloaded it, but I have no idea what I'm doingLet's see what happens
Shawnee T: That is a really neat trick to make the ø like that! I'm an impatient person too, but when it comes to stuff like this, I'm a tad OCD.
Linda: That's great that you downloaded it and tried it out. I see that you figured out the bold and I tried color as well, but it wouldn't post. I do believe that Gather has altogether banned color in comments, I'm sure to just keep some kind of order around here!
Faith S: You're welcome and thanks so much for helping Nana out with the comments!
Jennifer P: You're welcome! You know... you can STILL be bold even though you don't have Firefox.
