I got some low-sodium Boar's Head turkey and Kraft Snackables cheese cubes yesterday. Didn't realize eating low-carb is gonna cost more shopping-wise. I had almost forgotten how buying more lean protein and meats always adds up to a higher grocery bill.
I'm definitely eating too much sodium with all the tofu slices and cheese I've been gorging on. Will have to eat more veggies or something to balance out all the salt.
Ate so far:
Akins bar
Navel orange
Cheese
Tofu curd
Handful of perilla seeds (rich in Omega-3s)
Tea
For the rest of the day, I plan to have:
Turkey and more cheese
Russell Stover sugar-free candy (says Splenda on the packaging but has a lot of maltitol, sneaky)
Maybe some walnuts
Grape tomatoes
Beef jerky
