Terrible Thing!

What is this world coming to. I am watching the news and just saw a horrific story. It was about a man and his girlfriend who were walking their dog.

The speed limit (keep in mind the man and his girlfriend were on the sidewalk) on the street was 25 miles per hour. The man yelled at the driver to slow down. The driver of the truck didn't slow down, instead the driver reved up his truck and ran over the guy.

The guy yelled to the driver, not to hit him, but the driver hit him anyway. The man broke his leg. Before the driver of the truck left the scene he crashed.

But he left some "evidence" at the scene. He left a big trail of what seemed to be oil all the way to the apartment where he lived. How in the world could something like this happen. Are there really people who are that angry?

Unfortunately, there are a lot of crazy people out there who will display road rage over the slightest thing.

I get a little tired of this happening today. It seems that people don't like each other any more and take offense at the slightest thing. How sad. I hope his leg heals quickly.

I wouldn't call it anger...more like insanity. That was attempted murder...just for being told to slow down. Wonder what he'd do if someone said something more serious to him?

It's unreal isn't it? What are they thinking? (Me me me me me) and yes it is sad and insane Rob. I live in Philadelphia and just watching the news or reading the newspaper is depressing. I actually canceled the newspaper months ago after receiving home delivery for over thirty years. We have one of the highest murder rates in the nation and a lot of it is just plain rage killing. Even children and teenagers are of the notion that if you don't like someone or something that is going on, just whip out a gun and shoot the ......(I don't want your article to get flagged) but you get the idea.

I think people act crazy for a couple of reasons,1. total disregard for people or animals. 2. Stressed out due to all of the problems, that we now are faced with, it seems gone are the good ole' days, of relaxation. We move in a much faster pace now,even with all the modern conveniences. 3. Hardly, any punishment is given out to people who break the laws. 4. Drugs and/or alcohol consumption. 5. Plain out and out crazy.
