Um, maybe I shouldn't have started eating fewer carbs during PMS.
So far I've had:
Aktins bar
Sugar-free TastyKake
Broiled fish, cheese topping from baked ziti, string beans salad, grilled brussel sprouts (Yum!)
Sugar-free Russell Stover Butter Toffee candy
Dinner will probably be tofu and um, cake? So craving carbs right now. Have to stick it out. It's only Day 2.
Eating too much maltitol, ugh.
