I lost 20 lbs on a low-carb diet a few years ago. Right now, I've gained back five, thanks to all the crackers, noodles, pastries, and buns I've been eating with abandon lately. I'll just have to rein in my carb-loving ways and hope to maintain my weight, maybe even lose a little flab too, by counting my carbs.

- Atkins Advantage Bar Chocolate Granola Crunch flavor
- Mapo tofu
- Sauted cabbage
- Navel orange
- Spicy tofu slices
- Two hard-boiled eggs
- Handful of pistachios and almonds
- Coffee with cappucino mix
- 2 pieces of beef jerky
