This correspondent was SHOCKED to find that, right here in the good ol' U. S. of A., there existed a heretofore unknown possible terrorist cell in posession of a photo of a person who looked almost exactly like Saddam Hussein. Luckily this potential terrorist threat was averted by quick Homeland Security action, which took only weeks to determine that it was indeed a photo of someone who looked like Saddam Hussein. Family members claim that the person in the photograph was in fact an American citizen who was deceased for almost three decades, but were arrested and had all assets seized in the interest of National Security pending further investigation.
