A Vancouver man arrested for drunk driving claims he wasn't driving erratcally due to alcohol consumption, but rather because his attention was elsewhere.
Kristopher Lind was pulled over after the police noticed him swerving. Lind was arrested after failing his breathalyser test.
Once in court he claimed that his wife had pulled out a sex toy that they had purchased earlier at a sex show in Vancouver. She tried to open it on her own, but the package proved to difficult so she handed it to him. He began driving with his knee while trying to opening it. He then inserted the batteries and handed it back to his wife.
I assume at this point he was pulled over.
A judge is to render a verdict later this month.
Now I know how in the heat of the moment you can do some strange things, and I know that these new heat sealed plastic containers are hell to open, but for safety's sake could you PULL OVER!!
