Craig's List (http://tampa.craigslist.org/) is a great website if you are looking for something local to trade, purchase, rent, etc.
The link above is for Tampa, FL, but all you have to do is go to the right hand side of the page and click on the area in which you live.
I had a friend who rented her house the second day the ad was posted. Pretty good, huh?
The best part is that it is FREE!!!!
Check it out. I think you will be amazed at what you will find there.
