Restroom Graffiti
This is one I found humorous. As guys well know, there is a certain stance that is assumed when utilizing a urinal. I am sure you ladies can imagine. In stepping up to a urinal and assuming the stance, I looked up to be reminded of the scenes of the crew of the Starship Enterprise assuming the dramatic stance on the transporter platform, preparing to be disentegrated and reintegrated by that "matter anti-matter" thingy. The simple words written on the wall at eye-level above the urinal:
"BEAM ME UP, SCOTTY!"

Jeff K (2) "Up with the shields!" I don't believe the "was." You may still be here utilizing your cloaking device.
Laurun, Yes I did. However, one has to be careful how hard he laughs in such a "position."
Sorry my writing is not clear enough for you to "get." I will try to explain, by stating this article was written for the group, "The Outhouse Wall." One of the topics for the group is "graffiti found on restroom walls (as long as its not rated x.)"
As you can see by the title, this is writing that I had found on a restroom wall and from the story I hoped that you would understand that this graffiti is seen by any guy who steps in front of the urinal for its intended purpose.
To explain, standing still utilizing a men's room urinal is akin to the dramatic stance utilized by the actors as they were transported to and from the ship on the original television show "Star Trek."
Often, when they wanted to be "beamed" from a planet's surface, the Captain would contact LT. Scott, aka "Scotty." The line became famous on the show...."Beam me up Scotty!" The person making the request, froze into the dramatic standing postion, the one akin to standing still at a urinal, until they disappeared from where they were and reappear back in the ships transporter room standing in the same exact position. The anonymous restroom author assumed that at least some would make the connection of the "stance" to the fairly famous line from the show to achieve his humor. If anyone is not familiar with either standing at a urinal or the line from the show I don't think the connection between the similarity in assuming a fairly "still" stance in the particular restroom location could be made.
If you still do not get it, I ask anyone else who may read this to attempt to explain further, otherwise, I guess you had to be there.
