cool Kyra, thank you. i like this piece because it has so many things going on in it to think about as well as to explore visually. the black and white image shifted when i uploaded it to Gather, the contrast shouldnt be quite as high as it appears to be on my screen. the other shots didnt shift quite as much.

i appreciate that you will keep Tonia's article up as the feature a lot. no problem keeping her's up for plenty of time.

hopefully as time goes on you'll get more and more people to play with this idea. it is fun to play with reflections. i think it just takes people a little while to think about how they will do it and where. you're welcome btw - thanks for the challenge.

So talented and typically creative, as all your works are; a lovely and fun piece, and you did not spoil it by going with the "de riguer" superimposition of Louis XIV in his brightly multicolored codpiece. Good choice!

haha - you grinned me Jackie - no worries about how long a comment is - commenting in itself is a treat, thank you. i like the black and white photo too. on Gather the image has more contrast than i originally liked it (the way it looked on my screen when i was creating it). i dont know how it is on your screen. i prefer it with a greater range of greys. that may just be a bias of familiarity on my part. the more i look at the image here the more i like it this way too.
