This might not be the healthiest recipe in your box but it's one of my favorite because everyone seems to like it and it's easy. I love to cdook - as long as it doesn't take too long!
4 boneless hicken breast halves
1 16oz. pkg. Pepridge Farm suffing package
half a stick of butter
4 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken) soup
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place the chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Place the Swiss cheese on top of the chicken.
Add 1/2 can of water to the soup. Stir. Pour over the cheese.
Make the stuffing to the directions on the bag. Sprinkle over the soup.
Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Pour over the stuffing.
Place lid on casserole dish. Cooks in about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
