Do many of you find yourself eating out regardless of what it does to your wallet or your waistline? Why do you think we continue to do this even though we know it isn't improving our quality of life? I believe it has to do with instant gratification as opposed to waitng for the pay off by saving money or looking better. Also, our soceity is so busy that I think we sometimes do it just to save time. Maybe in the end for some of us that factor weighs in more than the other two. I am not sure, the only thing I know is that in my current situation, I really need to eat at home more often. What are your thoughts?

I think ppl eat out for the convenience - however, with a tad preparation, or actually a lot, lol - I cook for the entire week on Sunday afternoons, so that we can just open the fridge and have a variety of stuff...........good article
