Art and Then Some: Boudoir Blossoms debuts

This evening I created a New Album at my blog http://judecowell.blog.com but it's only for those aged 17+ please. Two images reside there as of yet to be ordered as a secure attachment for yoru desktop wallpaper. Details in the post about Boudoir Blossoms.

Report: as I returned to Gather a moment ago to write this article I was sad to discover that Alkistis W., a marvelous Brit architect and artist, has left Gather entirely.

Her Recent Project:

Alkistis recently wrote a 'cartoon story' where she montaged some Gather members' photos and artwork for illustration and added her own excellent painting talents to the mix.

Gaining my okay for the use of my drawings and a photo of me which had seen much worse days than the gentle treatment Alkistis gave it, her montages gave a new prespective on my own creative efforts for I appreciate collaborations, you see.

Besides: 

Art is to be shared. All art is derivative. Art is all around us.

Yet some Gatherers did not approve of her use of their work and so I assume Alkistis has left in something of a huff...just my assumption for I don't actually know the particulars of her leaving.

Were they not first consulted for limited permission? 

Anyhow, I'll be missing her wit and creative abilities on Gather. 'Bye, Alkistis, and fair skies to you and yours.
