Today was boring
I ended up snoring
In my dreams
I ended up touring
Your Gather sites !

So here I am back
So my comments you won't lack
I want to acquire points
Trying to write them nicely
Don't want any ones nose out of joint !

Well, cut my legs and call me shorty, you just knocked my ass of my Gather chair here. This is the best stuff I read since I was in grammer school and forced to read "Of Mice and Men!!!"

Just don't give me no haiku! I can appreciate good poetry along with well-written stories, but those little "blurbs" are even worth the effort to write! (By the way, since your's went over 3 lines, I consider it to be a good write.) Hai-ku! Sorry...that felt like I just sneezed into a tissue.

Aw, that wasn't hardly bad and boring enough. Just see what some folks here do when they're trying to be good and inspiring (or so I assume from their ardent demeanor). Rather than being incomprehensible, trite, illiterate, annoyingly cute, or hopelessly clueless, you have written here a rather sweet whimsy. Try again.

Will if this is bad and boring, I will never write a poem. I hate poetry actually, at least I think I do, because most of the stuff I read doesn't do a thing for me. But I like this from beginning to end. It really does deserve a 10 , really!

Hmm, sounds like Paul is not too happy about this one.

I have no idea what "sagacious erudition" even means, so maybe that's why your stuff gets more comments? I mean... I'm simple minded (obviously) so Paul's content must be way out of my league. Keep it up, Wendy - I love your sillyness.

Okay, I know I'm tardy, but I'm back. Faith, if you couldn't detect the tongue in my cheek then you need a quick course in remedial reading. I was making reference to an article I wrote ("An Embarrassment of Riches") to which Wendy was kind enough to offer a comment.
Jody, by the way, 'erudition' is not an adjective.
