Inside Hollow Trees - A Photo Essay

Hello to all,

Time to get a little strange. Have you ever wondered what the inside of a hollow tree looked like? No? Well I do, so I take pictures. I stick my trusty digital camera inside those dark spaces and "click" away. Once a squirrel and I scared each other pretty badly. These trees all reside in, or around the St. Louis area. See what you think.

Wonderful essay Wayne, these look a bit like some of my abstract art - see sometimes things aren't abstract at all but beautiful patterns of nature as you've captured here. Love the shapes! Salud.
