Our guest judge this month is JIMMY U, who was the winner for our February Challenge "Light and Water". If you haven't had time to view the winner submissions, I do encourage you to do so. Since he was the winner, he was given the opportunity to be the guest judge for the month of March, and he has agreed to do so! So, the new theme he has chosen for this month is:

"Planes, Trains and Automobiles"

I know we can do a lot with that, and with the warmer weather conditions, I challenge all of you to get out there and take fresh photos and not rely on previously taken photos.

If you are not an active member of our monthly challenge, this is an open invite to join our group and join in on the fun.

The guidelines are basic. The photo must be an original photo, and must be taken by you. You must include a tag line that has the theme's topic so that I know you intended on entering the challenge. All posts are moderated so that it can be assured that the picture fits the theme, making it easier for the Guest Judge to decide which pictures are included in that month's challenge.

hi,is Jimmy looking for images showing all 3,or any of the above modes of transportation?.....

and to Mary L.> it is a monthly challenge thus March for this one and last day of month is always last day to submit...you can submit as many as you wish....there are rules listed in previous articles at this group....and of course you have to be a member of this group...

Mary, thanks for your inquiry. Gayle is correct. The submissions are for the month of March and you are welcome to submit as many photos as you like, as long as each photo was taken by you and it meets the requirements for the current challenge. Please submit each photo as a seperate entry and be certain to use the tag line "Planes, Trains and Automobiles". Thanks.

Gayle, I think any of the three would be appropriate! If you can get all three, even better!

how do I submit a photo/photos for the contest? I joined the group and put trains, planes & automobiles as a tag.... Is that all I need to do to enter?

yes, that is all you need to do Trudy. If you submitted it to our group, it will placed on hold until approved, which is usually done very fast, thanks to Doyle (Head Moderator) who is always right on top of things here!
