When life gives you lemons and oranges and watermelons, then carve away! I recently attended a benefit brunch to help volunteers at a local hospital and on the table for the pastries and cheeses was this lovely set of citrus people and birds.
Wow!! I am so impressed with the creativity..of the carvers, and the photography, and the writer. I will be featuring this photo essay in The Photo Essay Experience. Love your title!
