My most favorite neighbor in Nursing School hands down has to be Sholana. (ln labellese shoLANA) Sorry JennifAH! I sit with JenniFAH too but no one can put up with me like shoLANA. For those of yall who don't know......I can never sit still....on a normal day. I am tapping, shifting, playing with my hair, shaking my foot, and I know this one will suprise you.....making smart ass comments or strange observations out of nowhere because my brain, while still, is running a million miles an hour. Did you ever see that one Meg Ryan movie where she makes shopping lists in her sleep? I swear someone has a camera on me at night. Back to the point. As you can imagine....I am a joy to sit beside. But Sholana has suffered me for a few mods with grace, style, and without killing me which is a total plus....because serious bodily injury has a way of hindering your studies.
Sholana also puts up with my spouting off of meaningless facts. Remember the little boy in Jerry MacGuire? Wasn't he cute? Well.....one day he is going to grow up and that boy will be like me. And people will hate him. Because no one cares that an egg can be balanced any day of the year not only the vernal equinox. (Don't laugh, it takes a lot of reading and experimentation to be the Queen of useless and trivial facts) Sholana knows when to ignore me, laugh at me, or cut me with her steely eyes when necessary. See JennifAH is to loud to do this. (hee.)
Sholana, while quiet of mouth, uses her words totally effectively......for which I hold her in great esteem. For example, in any group you will come across your drama llama section. The drama llama section happens to sit behind us. Nice kids but they sound like little zebra finches all through lecture. (whine, whine, moan, moan) (beep, beep, beep...have you ever listened to a zebra finch..?) So one day, the leader of the Fincherati baits his drama llama hook and says to the group at lunch eyes all agleam "Who do you think is the biggest (rhymes with witch...with a b) in this class? I mean the one who whines and gets on your nerves the most." There is a silence....an uncomfortable silence.....until.....Sholana........QUEEN of the effective response says..... "YOU." heeeeeeee. Touche. Brilliant. Good Show. The drama llama DOA with the uttering of one word. And it is with one word I describe Miss Sholana......CLASSY. Love this girl.
Now. We the three (Jen, Lana, and me) have great fun and adventures. I cannot spill it all in one article. Plus I have to study....so let me sign off. And I hope to return with Lana, and Jen and we can share with you our journey.
PS....Lana. You're a vegetable......hee.

Fellow Queen...
And yes Ron.....it can get very jr high up in there. I think maybe because there is a very huge age range. And that has its advantages and disadvantages. WE drive each other up the wall but I have to say there is something I have grown to love about each and every one of them. We see each other every night except Fridays....so there is bound to be some turmoil somewhere.
Oh, hopefully I should have some pictures soon. I tried to take them yesterday but we all look kinda frightful after this hellish week so I told them they can submit pic. My girls are very particular. I forgot to tell yall about Sholana's drving. But that is an article in itself....so consider that a "coming soon"
