Good Morning. Just a note before I head down the hospital to see my Mom Emma. For the ones who didn't hear they found a mass on my Mothers lung and spots on her liver. She had all the test yesterday as far as the biopsy goes so now it is hurry up and wait. She was doing so well we thought we were bringing her home until the cat scan showed this. It hit us all very hard and I am soooooooooo glad my big sister is in from Michigan to help me.
Emma is 78. In 1997 she had lung cancer and they removed part of her left lung. She is one toough lady! Pastor Rick and came and prayed with her before she went for test yesterday. Her faith is so strong whatever happens she is happy. I on the other hand am holding up I think. But just when the storm calms down a bolt of lightning strikes.
My boyfriends Dave's daughter Missy who is 28 had cancer in her leg a few years ago. He took her to the Dr yesterday and they don't like what they see in her leg AND breast. Sooooooo She has to have a MRI this week to see what is going on with her. They always say God won't dish out more than you can handle but this week has been a real test.
I want to Thank you al for the moral suppport and prayers. Gather is the last thing on my mind but my Gather friends are always on my mind!

Your mom is a fighter and your boyfriend's daughter is young and strong. While you're taking care of them, I hope you remember to take care of yourself, too.
