Today while I was researching markets for scholarly type writing, I came across this statement as part of a foundation's requirements for submission to their journal:
"The article should be sent on a 3.5” disk..."
I'm really hoping that someone just forgot to update the manuscript submission guidelines for, say, several years.

Most people would have to search a while to find a friend whose computer had compatible writing programs AND a working floppy drive.
