Port & White Wine Syrup

2 C Port

2 C White Wine (I prefer Chardonnay)

2 C Brown sugar

Add ingredients and simmer until liquid is the consistency of maple syrup

It's funny, I don't really care for port, but I DO like it as a sauce!

This so good with grilled lambchops are porkchops. I also like it with my Basil and Thyme Hot Water cornnbread.

I have never tried it sounds like it might be interesting.
