This morning when I came onto The Pet Post, I looked over my mail and one stood out above the rest. It was from a friend. Normally, I would not have anything on The Pet Post that is off-topic, but this is an exceptional case. The topic of Nanci's email was the suicide death of the son of a fellow Gatherer. She asked that we stop by his web site to offer our prayers and emotional support. PLEASE join me in prayers for a fellow Gatherer who has just buried his 17-year-old son who took his life.
This is a story of a loving father who is living through every parent's worse nightmare. And while we comfort each other in times of grief for our darling little pets whose absense we feel in the pits of our souls once they cross the Rainbow Bridge, let us also comfort each other in times when we lose our blessed loved ones who are called to Heaven's Gate way too soon.
Please pay the below web site a visit and leave your thoughts and prayers in memory of a beautiful 17-year-old boy whose father is devastated by his absense. THANK YOU AND BLESS YOU ONE AND ALL!

I hear of teen suicide so much lately, and as a mom of a teenage girl, I know that these parents are living my worse nightmare. And I feel for them from the depths of my soul. THANK YOU for stopping by and extending a fellow Gatherer your heartfelt sympathies during his darkest hours.
It's now been over a week since we got the horrible phone call. We're not crying at the drop of a hat, for no apparant reason - only when I dwell too long on it. That must be how your prayers are working through the Lord.
Linda and I went to Bob Evans for breakfast this morning, and we actually laughed over some silly something. We then looked at each other and smiled. I'm certain this is going to be a long road, but maybe we taken our first steps.
Thanks again everyone.
this young boys family. They will be in my prayers and my thoughts. Our Heavenly Father will help them through this trying time in their life, and be there for them;
for comfort, solace and healing.
