'Tigger' won't face charges

No charges will be filed against 31-year-old Michael J. Fedelem, the employee playing Winnie the Pooh's bouncy friend, the State Attorney's Office said Thursday. Disney has not said at this time if he will be reinstated or not.

I feel this guy obviously did nothing wrong as no charges were filed against him. So Disney should reinstate him, WITH back wages!

My daughter said those kids in the costumes get abused all the time by kids, mostly pre-teens. They are supposed to ignore it, but as many of them are college students-it get's really tough when 10 year olds are pushing, hitting and trying to pull your head off. She said it is a much harder job than people think.

Thanks everyone, I belive everything you all say!! The poor guy, the costume is bulky enough, they see thru a meshy fabric, it;s hard to see, & move. Then he has some idiot kid doing something behind his back, and he almost falls, then the idiot kids idiot parents decide to cause this issue.
I have seen kids, even adults manhandle the characters! People are such idiots!

Even watching the video it looks like Tiggers arm was just in the wrong position when he turned to try to get the kid to stop doing something. His arm was up a bit, and when he turned he accidentally clocked the kid. At least that what it looks like to me.
My wife read somewhere that the kid was tugging on Tiggers suit from behind and that was choking the cast member inside.
