I was wondering if anyone was able to answer a question for me. My neighbor (the one that is giving me the trouble), last night was arguing very loudly with his girlfriend. Anyway, when that was done, he had some of his friends (homies) over and they were barking at each other. What does that mean when they bark at each other? I just have to know why they do this. It is going to bother me until I do.
