Yay....her plane finally took off...

I just looked at Jetblue's flight tracker, her flight finally left. I feel so bad for her and her boyfriend. They have been thru an ordeal this week. I hope that the flight is good and not too much turbulence. By 6 pm tonight she should be on NY soil!! ...and back to the freezing weather.

Donna, Thank heavens she is getting home. I know you were very concerned. I read this morning about the lines at the Fort Lauderdale airport where I came in the other night and I'm glad I made it when I did.

You were lucky, up here on the NY side , things were pretty bad also. It has been a nightmare for these people and my daughter was one of them. I told my daughter that at least she was in a warmer climate than NY.

Supposedly, she is supposed to get free round trip tickets. I told her you better make sure that you do. They owe you even more than that.

Yeah, I was just reading that they are still having difficulties almost a week later. This time, they were smart enough to try and contact the people so they can adjust their schedules

They are still screwed up...I just don't get it.

I think she will rethink the winter get aways from now on.
