Federal Court Approves "Dog"...

Duane "Dog" Chapman could be on his way out of Hawaii. On Thursday, a federal court in Mexico cleared the way for the bounty hunter to be extradited. The Associated Press says the court ruled there was no reason not to try Chapman. The 54-year-old and two others are charged with deprivation of liberty in connection with their arrest of convicted rapist Andrew Luster in 2003. Chapman's lawyers argued he would not get a fair trial in Mexico. The court disagreed. No word on when Chapman may return to Mexico.

Dog was traded for a Mexican drug lord. He was arrested the same day that Mexico agreed to extradite the drug lord to the US.

We have a warped justice system...OJ gets off, and yet millions of regular folks who just got caught up taking drugs are serving long terms in prison...and now we are sending a HERO who captured a serial rapist just because he did the equivalent of a misdemeanor crime in Mexico? And we imprison our brave border gaurds who shot a drug dealer? Anyone trying to enter this country illegally, and with illegal drugs on them, should be shot! The millions of illegal immigrants who live in our country are guilty of a crime that is no better than Chapman, and they go scott free! Our courts and ours leaders are failing us all miserably....

Dog is the man he is a hero to so many... That is so unfair... F the system at this point... They have their heads up their arses... GRRRR...
