....Phone calls to let someone know you made it to your destination.
....Making a commitment to stop smoking.
....Understanding other's illnesses, pain, and way of thinking.
....Being covered up with a blanket when you are taking a nap
....A bouquet of flowers from you garden for your neighbor.
....Keeping your mouth shut when you really want to voice your opinion.
