Today Feb 13, we are celebrating Jane Doe’s birthday. Our little unidentified person is 37 today and single. She has three teenagers.. She lives in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and says there is a huge snowstorm there today! Jane has been a member of gather since June 12, 2006.
She worked at an electronics company for 10 years, “now I'm in shipping and receiving. I know, I know.. boring.”
This is what Jane says about writing. “I've been writing since I could hold a pen. I don't write professionally and I’ve never been published.. just in high school if that counts..
Nothing inspired me; it was something I had to do.”
Her hobbies are your hobbies? “Reading, reading and reading!
I love nature, and I love the color purple ! (my birthstone, not the movie)LOL
Two of her pet peeves are, “Dishonesty and whiners”
The social issues that concern Jane are, “I am very worried about our environment. I see my grandkids generation running out of food and resources.”
Jane explains that some important events which already transpired in your life are having children and, “I met my real father when I was 30.”
The one thing that she would like to do that she has not already done is to “Tour Europe, old Europe.”
Jane tell us that her favourite birthday was her 6th birthday. “I got a farm house with all the wooden people, does anyone remember those? On my 18th, I had a snowmobile party. LOL.. that was something else. For my 30th, I had two parties here and then took a trip home to NY for a week.
If I could have any birthday wish come true, I would want a new house ! Then I could save my retirement money for vacations!
For my special birthday song, that's a hard one.. How about God bless America? I would like to dedicate it to the troops over in the middle east... I am proud of them and recognize everything they are sacrificing.”

Time zones do funny things. Your yesterday, February 12, was my daughter Natalie's birthday. And your tomorrow, February 14, is my birthday - and here in West Oz, it is already Valentine's Day. And on February 19, it's my sister's birthday.
Aquarius rules even time zones! lol
