Wanting so much more

than is available to me.

I hate PG & E

Sacramento Municipal Utilities,

and I hate you

Because you play the game

so perfectly.

I hate that game.

I fight so hard

To hate it.

Oh, I haven't worked on the story yet. The kids are going to their dad's house this weekend, so hopefully I will be able to do more on it. I've been doing some other things on here, and trying to get a website made.

I'm going to start an online business. Yes, actually, Chase has helped me figure out where to get some html codes. Crazy, huh? When I get the site up, I will let you know. I just bought two websites that I'm going to design.

I hate fiat money, too, because its value is constantly declining. As a case in point, consider MyPoints. I've built my total up to over 3000 now, but every time I hit a milestone, they increase the point requirements for gift cards. It's like Sisyphus rolling the stone uphill. Moral of the story? Money should be backed by gold or some other precious metal, like it used to be. Then the Fed couldn't inflate it to cover federal crimes. The Euro is even backed by 5% gold. But every time a nation indicates that it's going to move to Euros (Iraq, Iran) we start rumbling toward war. Let's rumble toward gold instead! Thanks for a nifty poem -- I look forward to many more!

I had to look - the title of your poem was mesmerizing. This year I hate the propane company. They not only overcharge me for propane because I live in the boonies, they've found ways to add charge after charge on top of that. I may make it one of my life missions to tell people how to save money on propane by using a whole lot less. Get them back where it hurts, in the profits.

I love your title!!!!! Miz Sue - I know what you mean about money. I'm trying to figure out how to just live by the bartering system alone...any ideas?? Money has ruined more lives and seems to be the root of all evil for sure - No matter what you do, it seems to involve money or lack of it!!! Hello Mariana!! I always love your posts, and wouldn't miss them. That is interesting using a bartering system. You must have some things of value to trade. I have heard of people doing it, but I would imagine that it would take some time. When I was a kid, we had a huge garden. I would go around and sell extra vegetables, and sometimes people would trade from their garden. Thanks for stopping by, and good luck on it.

Money isn't the problem, it's lack of it. Given enough, you'd love the stuff. Not having enough myself, though, I hate it and love your poem. Imagine that.
