Coffee Mocha Lipbalm
3 T coffee butter
3 T beeswax, natural
1 1/2 T cocoa butter, natural
1 T honey, local if possible
.5% preservative - LiquiPar Optima
Mix all together except the honey and preservative, over a double-boiler. Melt and stir till blended well. Remove from heat and add in your honey and your preservative. Pour at once into lipbalms.
Makes 12 - 14 balms, depending on if you add more honey for sweetening or if you add less. Nice and creamy, but holds together well. This was the result of getting and loving the smell of the half pound of coffee butter that I got last week. I thought it would make a neat-smelling and tasting lipbalm and what I used out of the half pound was basically nothing. I had lots of that half pound left!

Vis,
I use tea tree oil, I don't recognise that brand, the kind I get is from Australia, tested and pure (GC/MS tested), from a wholesaler that I trust, and I can't even imagine it in a lipbalm, it's one I don't like the scent of, not for a lipbalm anyways, though the properties of it would be great for any balm or body cream, things like that.
Go for it guys, make it, it's easy as heck!

You're in Australia? You've got a LOT of great essential oils over there - have you tried the Cypress, blue? I love that oil, also the Jade, Cypress, and a few others :)
