~Dedicated to Bucci~
My particular clairvoyance-like skills are usually most rampant during the REM cycles of sleep, yet I can recall most if not all of a dream as well as control what I want to dream about. If there is something discomforting affecting me in my wakened state, I am sure to fix 'it' in my dreamed state and later apply it when a situation renders that approach and is effective.
Â
Many dreams can help us diagnose health problems, encourage us in the decisions we make, or reprimand us for negative behavior in our relationships. They can be instructive and practical, lighthearted fun, and spiritually uplifting. Even major life issues are addressed in dreams which leads one to believe that nothing important happens to us without it first having been foreshadowed in these surreal scenarios of life as it could be, found in our dreams.
Interpretation sometimes depends on what we need to think the dream should represent rather than what it does represent. This can cause the point to be missed. When I dream, I am trying to see if there is any congruency to who I act out in my awakened state versus the one who lives my life from the dream-state. The dream-state is my vehicle for experimentation without recourse.
The ' I ' in my dreams, doesn't get hurt by anything because it does not feel or perceive things in the same manner as the waking ' I ' does. I also use my dreams as a reconnection to a warmth of veiled protection my Creator offered as a gift, when I was in my mother's womb. There, from my dreams, I can bring my physical being (cognitively) to the threshold of my conception where I materialized as inner self housed by outer body-host, self.
I do not feel my awareness in dream-state is exclusively represented by what some transpersonal thinkers refer to as 'the lowest form of consciousness.' It is mindful of the lowest state but not exclusive to it, in that it allows the highest state to manifest itself among my conscious acts of existing. Many dream about a 'self' either misunderstood or not yet recognized. If we pay attention to what we are 'doing', 'feeling', 'being' in a dream we can learn much about who we are not being in our awakened-state.
How can we do anything in a dream, you might ask. Just because it is not being physically performed in the waking state of reality does not mean we are not reacting to some sort of stimulus. We imagine reacting one way, and if the same situation came to fruition in the awakened state, we might react altogether different.Â
I suggest that if we follow the un-evolved self, the one that reacts to things in the dream-state, incorporate this self into the wakened one and see the 'whole' person, we have exceeded the human experimental limitation. The whole person was existing due to a conducive and mature relationship with a higher power before, it can achieve it again and while attending the human play.
We are given several chances to finally get it right, but it takes perseverance to keep searching. The answers lie from deep inside to manifest spiritually and accordingly on the outside and not the reverse. I was shown and felt its empowerment, a compassionate collective guidance by those I loved deeply in the physical plane but are now watching me from a distant one. Compassion is the empathic emotion that puts oneself right in the center of someone else's problems without really experiencing the full force of the various emotions therein.
I have learned through studying the other transpersonal philosophers of the 20th century, to incorporate a personal dimension of existence so that I may see clearer my distinctive creative individuality. A certain root in the non-temporal, formless, depth extent of living must be accentuated through this process of maturation. My spirit guides have opened channels for me I once closed because of fear.
My studies in the transpersonal arena stands now as an understood basis for my spiritual exploration and maturation. I AM important, significant, worthy, caring, and maintaining the balance of power as best that I can. I am rewarded by knowing the real ' Self ' is the self that makes a difference in this whole world of beings. I captured my inner awareness, being afraid to be without the physical host and ego that have molded me thus far. I was anxious about living 'here-on earth' by the time I was thirteen, because this place as I knew, made my grandmother very sick...I did not realize it was within her all along.
The easiest way to gain awareness is to let go of the world view as often as possible and pay attention to the 'your-view'. My anger at Goddess/God for taking grandma, grandpa and now Jesse, away from me wasn't really understood until studying all of the transpersonal material I had access to. I realized it does take years of praying, searching, attending mass at different churches or not, and accepting the collective mind as not perfect. I can now, without reservation, re-evaluate the individual spirit as being more connected to the original connection, and not fearing death as Jesse and all my spirit guides continue to reinforce.
Within the acceptance of my external self-spirit my inner Self can now guide the whole Self with some assistance from 'somewhere' out there. We all strive to get closer to that precious original CONNECTION, and through those that have passed and keep communicating with living souls, the message regarding the ending of one sojourn is not to be feared, but embraced.
We have been discussing the awareness of, conversations with, and application to our lives--the creation of spirit guides existing among us. The idea of a 'being, guide, whatever' placed in our lives as interpreters to the laws of nature, science, human existence and spiritual maturation, etc.
Cayce is on to something when he said, "individuals in touch with their inner self, sincere with a purpose to learn about what really makes them ALIVE, are presented with guides. Created from an imagination that accepts or denies the belief in an afterlife is irrelevant when discussing the urge to know what our meaning in our life, is. It is the present that concerns most people. Understanding why we are doing exactly what it is we're doing, for some is a sensitive challenge. Others a wild ride of discovery !
I am on the wild ride of discovery and opening doors of perception and imagination that were locked because of restrictive ego influences, is a breath of fresh knowledge. My spirit guides were chosen to accompany my journey back to the original connection with our cosmic creator the Goddess of All. The entity has a purpose when entering the human form: to become self-actualized despite having an ego that generally controls all that is thought, felt, or done--unless we listen to the inner self as well.
A self-actualized person cherishes their aloneness because they can be themselves. They can comfortably feel like they no longer need others to save them or make them feel better about themselves. It is true that underneath our ego-based dumbfounded spiritual improvement expectations do emerge, unnoticed. A self-actualized person is helped by the Spirit guides assigned by the inner self not yet discovered, until now.

What I homed in on right away was compassion. Actually, compassion/detachment.
As a practical spiritual person/ writer, I'll point out a couple of things for you:
1. Interesting title - but "amidst" is never used as a personal modifier. You could do one of two things here:
"Spirit Guides With Me Always" or "Spirit Guides Amidst Us Always."
2. It might help to ground things a little more, for readers who can't immediately jump into the vibe you're coming from (lol - don't I know that one really well!) -
So beginning with something from ordinary life - a description of a person, place, or thing, a situation - and taking off from there - would help the general reader.
OK? Best wishes!
"Truth" always turns our path & allows our spiritual journey to continue with God
