I Just Had To Get This Off my Chest

I am having trouble with my neighbor once again. This time he likes to leave trash ( everything from alcohol, condom packages, bottles of empty coolent, and empty tranmission fluid, in the empty parking spaces. The thing that is even worse is theat he puts one in each spot to take up the empty spaces, so I have to get out of the car (not that I am lazy) and move his and his friends trash so that we can have a parking space. I don't know that I can take to much more of this. I have said something to the manager and she has done nothing. I am apprehensive about going above the mannager. The noise and the other stuff that he has been doing from the beginnig (sorry about the spelling) is still going on. I was just wondering if anyone had any more ideas as to what I could do to resolve the situation.

Try calling your city's code enforcer, they fine people for not taking care of their trash.

Call your city or county health department because they will most likely do something and contact the district attorney about it. It is a health hazard and illegal. Also contact your local housing authority you should have one as there are laws to protect tenants from other tenants the Landlord needs to be doing something about it.

All good advice above. I have nothing to add. Except my neighbor hates birds, outdoor birds, imagine that. Hates for the birds to be in the trees and poop on his stuff. Ah, such is life. We just gotta love em.

Send a registered letter to the manager and agency that owns the building outlining your complaints at which point indicate you are consulting with an attorney to see what rights you have. I guarantee you will receive immediate attention.

I will have to try some of those ideas, except when we first moved here and started having problems, we called the police 10 times in the first two months that we were living here. They didn't seem to care about the prolems. nor did they do anything about it.

I would write a letter to the manager .. if nothing is done.. then i would write a letter to the manager again and make a copy for the person above them.... check out your rules for renting there and see if they are in violation...

You may just have to move to get away from it.
