This really cute lovey-dovey kitten showed up outside of our back yard the other day. This kitten is not like the other wild cats. In fact, if the kitten is around on Thursday, when we get back from the cruise, we plan to take it to get fixed and declawed and to give it a nice home with our other two indoor cats. But it's possible that many things could happen.
The name relates to my wife's former cat Tony. This cat is a female, we're
pretty sure, hence, the feminine sounding name.
We are getting ready to go on a cruise tomorrow to Grand Cayman, Near Cancun Mexico, and back to Tampa. My wife has made an appointment with the vet to have Tonya fixed and declawed, if she's still around by Thursday whe we get back.
My wife was also contacted about some possible interviews for some positions at USF. It would be nice if she got one of those positions, but for now, I guess she is happy , and that's the most important thing.
In Tampa, we had some bad weather recently. Fortunately, we weren't affected by the tornadoes , that hit up in Sumter county, Lake County, and Volusia County.
But that is why there are leaves on the ground, and it is why Tonya appears to be a bit wet.
I'm sorry that the pictures don't quite do justice, but I was rushed. I selected some of the better pictures.
The cat is very cute and friendly.

The de-clawing of a cat is a criminal act AFAIAC.
Indoor cats generally live longer healthier lives than outdoor cats.
