Giuseppe owned a very popular and busy barber shop on the other side of town. One day a gentleman walked into his shop and asked him "How many ahead of me?"
Guiseppe replied "Five" and the fellow said "Thank you" and left the barber shop. A couple of days later, the same man approached him asking "How many ahead of me?" This time the answer was "Four".
The man thanked Giuseppe and walked out. This happened several more times in the following week, and his curiousity was piqued to such an extent, that he requested his brother-in-law Luigi to tail the guy upon his next appearance.
Sure enough, the next day the man came in to Giuseppe's barbershop, asked how many were ahead of him, said "Thank you" and left with Luigi hot on his trail.
A short time later when Luigi returned, Giuseppe asked "So . . . What's this guy's story? Did you tail him? Where did he go?"
To which Luigi replied with a smirk "He went to your house".
