So far I have read chapters in two other books covering the trial. One is in The Politically Incorrect Guide to Darwinism and Intelligent Design, which as you can guess from the title, gave a report of the trial in showing the ID side in a positive light. The other one was in the updated edition of The Creationists: From Scientific Creationism to Intelligent Design by Ronald L. Numbers. This book is written by an evolutionist who covers the notable people supporting creationism and intelligent design since the days of Darwin. As you might guess from that, his account of the trial made the ID side look unfavorable. I have read both of these books and found them both to be interesting, although the former is a quick, easy read, while the latter is academic prose, so they're not exactly comparable books. With Chapman's book, I'd be able to read more than just a chapter about the trial, but I hope to find a similar book that is favorable to the ID side so I can compare the two accounts.END AKISMET -->
