Jerome Bettis was a phenomenal running back for The Steelers. He retired after the team won The Superbowl in Detroit which is his hometown. As a player, he was well thought of here and it's good to see that he still maintain ties to our city.
TY KD for answering that. He was my favorite Steeler until he retired. He is still big stuff around here in Pittsburgh as he has his own show and he and his parents do a lot for the schools here for reading. His dad recently past away and the dedicated that project to him. I love number 36! His place is suppose to be all about his life and things like bowling, football,school etc So it should be exciting. Looking forward to going and hopefully getting my number 36 Jersey signed by him. I could kick myself in the butt because my bf and I saw him at Dicks sporting goods store her at Robinson Town Center and I did not get a Jersey signed. It was his last year and the year they won the super bowl. The timing was bad for me because it was right before Christmas but all my shopping was done and my credit cards were full enough. I said No I better not. Duh Now I could kick myself.
