Dixie-style Homemade Bleu Cheese Dressing

Dixie-style Homemade Bleu Cheese Dressing

Yield: 3 cups

1 c Crumbled bleu cheese
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Sour cream
1 ts Hot sauce
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Lemon juice
1 tb Honey
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Sea salt

Whisk together cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey,

pepper & salt n a large bowl.
Cover tightly then refrigerate until chilled.
This will keep for 7 days in refrigerator.

The honey is a different addition. Does it give a sweet edge to the dressing?

Bob, I always make my own dressing! You'll never want to go back to bottled stuff when you discover what pale imitations they are compared to homemade!
