Perogies.
I went 2 years without Perogies. Thought I was going to die! I broke down and made my own. Texas has no clue what a Perogie is. They don't know what chipped ham is either.

I was also told that only in Pittsburgh do we give scratch off lottery tickets for Christmas presents. Someone from Kansas told me this. I thought every one did that!
