For tonight's dinner I'm using two small pieces of potted steak and one large baked potato. (These were leftovers from Saturday 's dinner).
I'll sauté thin strips of peppers, onions and mushrooms in a bit of olive oil, season with garlic and black pepper, add thin strips of steak and a splash of worcestershire sauce and stuff into pita pockets. Then I’ll brown strips of baked potato in garlic butter and sprinkle them with paprika, bacon bits and chives.
I’ll probably round out the meal with tossed salad and iced tea.
