A recent trip to the toy store had me wondering: what the hell happened to dolls? The "fashion doll" aisle is dominated by the buxom "Barbie" and the even more tawdry, er, sassy "Bratz dolls." These girls are earning billions of dollars a year, so I know somebody out there is buying these dolls for their girls. Are you? Would you allow your child to accept one of these dolls as a gift? Are you willing to fight the battle to trash one of these trashy gals? If your kids are playing with these dolls, do you have misgivings? Rationalizations?

Those dolls have bad attitudes. You can tell by looking at them. I would have to wonder why any parent would buy one of those dolls for their child.
I guess a doll is just a doll -- happy birthday to your daughter!
And with that her Dad will be here any minute and I have a party to throw. Thank you for the birthday wishes.
Go go bar

In the United States, a go-go bar is typically an alternative term for certain sorts of strip clubs.
In Southeast Asia, and particularly in Thailand and the Philippines, go go bars can include a wide variety of venues with dancers and/or hostesses, which typically do not offer striptease. These are most often venues for prostitution, and the dancers are often available to be bar fined by customers.
Trish...Good work there, and some very good points.
